Legislative Coordinator

Sarah brings a strong foundation in legislative processes and public sector experience, leveraging her academic and professional background in American politics and policy. 

Previously, she contributed as the Head Intern here at Johnston & Stewart, where her attention to detail and report-crafting skills provided clients with clear, actionable insights on legislative developments. Her efforts to refine and elevate client communications were recognized for setting a high standard in quality and clarity.

Sarah has also served in the Executive Office of the Governor, working within the Citizen Services Office to ensure responsive and organized constituent relations for Governor Ron DeSantis. Her early career experience includes an internship with the Florida House of Representatives, where she supported Representative Allison Tant by managing constituent communications.

Sarah graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Digital Media Studies and a minor in Political Science. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Applied American Politics & Policy. During her time at FSU, Sarah was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha and Tallahassee’s Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association.
