Omar Raschid

In Omar’s almost two decades in politics, he has served both as a Chief of Staff on Capitol Hill and Deputy Chief of Staff in the Florida Legislature. His time in Washington, DC and Tallahassee has given him unique insight into the process, as well as unparalleled relationships with the state’s most influential officials. 

Omar’s experience combines extensive knowledge of both the political and governmental landscape in Florida, as well as expertise in strategic communications. This allows him to provide clients an all-encompassing plan of action that will deliver results on multiple fronts. A trusted advisor to many in the process, his guidance is sought after by campaigns, government officials, and staffers alike. While on Capitol Hill, Omar focused on the Judiciary and Foreign Relations Committees, developing a deep understanding of international affairs as it relates to both state and federal policy.

Born in Washington, DC and raised in Pennsylvania, Omar received his degree in Political Science at the top-ranked Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University. He and his wife, Aly, have two dogs, Bailey and Georgie, and reside in Tallahassee. Omar is a member of the United States House of Representatives Chiefs of Staff Alumni Association.
